Buying a Vehicle
Why don't you list prices online?
We quote prices by request so you get the current number, not a stale one. Send an inquiry or call and we'll get back to you with pricing and availability quickly.
Do your vehicles have clean titles?
Yes. Every vehicle in our inventory comes with a clean title, and the VIN is listed on each vehicle so you can run your own history report.
Do your vehicles come with a warranty?
It depends on the vehicle. Each car displays a Buyers Guide that states whether it's sold as-is or with a warranty. Ask us about the specific car you're interested in and any available service contract options.
Can I reserve a vehicle before I come in?
Yes. Contact us about the vehicle you want and we'll let you know how to hold it until you arrive.
What should I bring when I'm ready to buy?
Bring a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. If you're financing, proof of income and residence help speed things up. If you're trading in, bring the title or registration, any loan payoff details, and all keys.
Financing
Can I get financed with bad credit or no credit?
We consider all credit situations, including first-time buyers and customers rebuilding credit. We work with a network of lenders to find a fit; your actual rate and terms depend on approved credit.
How long does approval take?
Most decisions come back the same day. You can apply online before you visit to save time.
Is the payment calculator a real quote?
No. The payment calculator is a planning estimate only. Your final payment depends on the vehicle price, taxes and fees, your down payment, and the terms a lender approves.
Can I use my trade-in as a down payment?
Yes. Your trade-in value can be applied directly toward your down payment.
Trade-Ins
How do you value my trade-in?
Start with the online value outlook for a rough sense of where your vehicle stands, then submit it for a real offer. The final number is set by an in-person appraisal.
Do I have to buy a car to sell you mine?
No. You can request a cash offer or a trade offer — submitting a request doesn't commit you to either.
What if I still owe money on my car?
That's common. Bring your lender's payoff information and we'll factor the balance into your offer.

Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday, 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Do I need an appointment for a test drive?
Walk-ins are welcome during business hours. If you have a specific car in mind, call ahead so we can make sure it's ready for you.
